螺[二氢吲哚-3,4-吡喃]衍生物的合成与晶体结构表征

摘    要:以靛红、丙二腈、苯甲酰乙酸乙酯为原料,以水作溶剂,采用三乙基苄基氯化铵(TEBAC)为相转移催化剂,合成得到螺[吲哚-3,4-吡喃]衍生物C22H17N3O4.其结构通过单晶X射线衍射法确定,晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,相对分子质量Mr=387.39,晶胞参数a=0.897 48 (14) nm,b =0.959 06(16)nm,c=1.106 17(19) nm,V=0.9368(3) nm^3,Z=2,晶胞密度Dc=1.373mg/m^3,吸收系数μ=0.097 mm-1,单胞中电子的数目F(000)=404.晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最终偏离因子R=0.035 9,ωR=0.089 8.在晶体结构中新形成的吡喃杂环近似于平面结构.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Spiro [indoline-3,4-pyran] Derivative

Abstract:The Ethyl 2-amino-3-cyano-2-oxo-6-phenylspiro[indoline-3,4-pyran]-5-carboxylate has been synthesized by the reaction of isatin,malononitrile,benzoylacetate and TEBAC as phase transfer catalyst in H2O at 60 ℃.The structure of the product was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is triclinic,space group P-1,with Mr =387.39,a =0.897 48 (14)nm,b =0.959 06 (16)nm,c =1.106 17 (19)nm,V =0.936 8 (3) nm3,Z =2,Dc =1.373 mg/m3,μ =0.097 mm-1,F(000) =404.The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-mat rix least squares method to the final R =0.035 9,ωR =0.089 8.X-ray analysis reveals that the formation of new pyran ring in the crystal structure is a planar structure.
