基于薄壁件变形分析的铣削加工瞬态力学模型研究

摘    要:对薄壁件加工变形问题进行了分析,指出了建立力学模型的重要性及进行变形分析对力学模型的要求;在分析现有文献有关力学模型的基础上,对各模型的优缺点进行了评价,并针对性地进行了改进;根据薄壁件变形特点,结合切削试验在不同的切削区域分别建立了切削力模型,并进行了试验验证.

Abstract:Researches on machining errors of thin-walled parts are reviewed.The importance and specific requirements of the cutting force model in the errors analysis are presented and emphasized.Based on the existing publications,advantages and disadvantages of the models are commented,and some improvements proposed.Combined with cutting experiments,the cutting force models in different cutting zones are built.Accuracy of the model is verified in experiments.
