麻黄碱离子敏感场效应管传感器的研究

摘    要:报道了一种麻黄碱药物场效应管传感器.将药物敏感膜与离子敏感场效应管相结合,用tri-o-e-β-CD修饰传感器,测定麻黄碱.传感器对麻黄碱的线性响应范围是1.0×10-1~3.0×10-6 mol/L,响应灵敏度为58.0 mV/pC(C的单位为mol/L),适宜pH范围为3.0~8.0.用所研制的传感器测定麻黄碱片剂的含量,结果和药典方法相一致.

Abstract:This paper is about the development of a kind of DrugFET sensors of ephedrine by the combination of ISFET and drug sensitive membranes. The modified ISFET of tri-o-e-β-CD is made, and used to analysis ephedrine . The sensors exhibits Nernst response for ephedrine with a slop of 58.0 mv/decade over the concentration ranges of 1.0×10-1~3.0×10-6 mol/L at pH 3.0~8.0. It has been used for determination of ephedrine in the table . The results obtained agree with the pharmacopoeia method.
