大型汽轮发电机组基础动力特性灵敏度分析

摘    要:利用空间梁单元建立汽机基座的动力学分析模型,并运用有限元数值模拟,对发电机框架式基础动力特性进行灵敏度分析,讨论汽机基座动力特性影响因素的敏感程度.结合国内某大型汽轮发电机组基础进行优化设计,得到了动力特性优良的汽机基座方案.通过与模型试验结果相比较,验证了有限元数值模拟的准确性和可行性.

Abstract:Foundation type choosing of steam turbine-generator set foundation is one primary problem of large-sized steam turbine-generator set foundation design.Dynamics models are established in this study with beam element to analyze the sensitivity of the dynamic characteristic of largesized steam turbine-generator set foundation,and the sensitivity of different factors is gained.Based on the sensitivity analysis,the excellent scheme of one large-sized steam turbine-generator set foundation at home is gained.Compared with the results of model test,the veracity and feasibility of FEM numerical experimentation are validated.The methods can be used for optimum design of structure complicated and large-sized steam turbine-generator set system.
