平面盘形凸轮机构模糊智能设计

摘    要:提出了平面凸轮机构模糊智能设计的原理和组成结构,研究了凸轮机构模糊智能设计主框架、知识库和推理机等模块的设计原理;建立了模糊综合评判模型,实现了凸轮运动规律的优化选择.以Windows XP为操作平台,使用VC 6.0编制源程序实现了整个设计系统.实例说明该凸轮机构设计系统具有界面友好、使用方便、设计可靠等优点.

Abstract:The structure of fuzzy intelligent design of planar disc cam mechanism(FIDPDCM) is put forward and the theory of mainframe,knowledge base and reasoning machine are studied.Established fuzzy synthetical appraising model,and the choice of the law of follower motion has been applied with optimal design.With the tool of Visual C 6.0,the FIDPDCM is achieved through programming on the windows XP platform.An application example shows the use of the FIDPDCM which has friendly interface,conveniently operation,reliable design.
