平轴螺旋管流的能耗初探

摘    要:螺旋管流可用来有效地输送固粒,它具有固粒沿断面分布均匀,浓度高,不易淤积以及能耗低等特点。文中着重论述了作为载体的螺旋流的能耗的规律,从实验中求得螺旋流附加损失系数,为工程实践中的螺旋流的能耗的计算提供了一种简便的方法。

Abstract:It is efficient to transport sediment by the spiral pipe flow. It is characterized by the uniform distribution of grains along cross section,high concentration, being not easy to deposit and low energy loss. This paper discusses the law of energy loss of the spiral flow as the carrying medium, and acquires the additional loss as the carrying medium, and acquires the additional loss coeficient from the experiment. It provides one easy method to calculate energy loss of the spiral flow in the horizontal pipe for project.
