摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法对三种不同植物材料的多酚提取物进行了总多酚含量测定,并采用试管液基稀释法在不同的温度条件下对粗提物进行了抗真菌活性试验,测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。试验结果表明,不同的楹度对多酚粗提物的抑菌性有一定的影响;龙血竭的总多酚含量最高,对全部供试真菌具有显著抗菌活性,其[MIC]为(0.078-20.0)mg/mL;落叶松和樟子松树皮提取物的总多酚含量次之,对大部分供试菌株具有抑制作用,其[MIC]为0.156 mg/mL-20.0 mg/mL。

Abstract:The method of UV-spectrophotometry was employed to measure the total polyphenol in the extracts from three different plant materials. By the tube dilution method, the antifungal activities of poly-phenol extracts were investigated and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured under different temperature. The results were indicated that dragon's blood resin is capable of inhibiting all of the fungi with the MIC (0. 078-20. 0)mg/mL and the highest total polyphenol, and the polyphenol extracts from the barks of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica and Larix gmelinii trees are capable of inhibiting the most of the fungi with the MIC 0. 156 mg/mL-20. 0 mg/mL.
