不锈钢化学着色的研究进展及发展前景

摘    要:综述了国内外不锈钢化学着色法的研究现状和进展。国外从实验室阶段研究工业化生产阶段直到生产线的建立大约用了45年的时间,至今仍在着色工艺和色调的搭配上不断发展。国内正在由实验室研究阶段向工业生产阶段转化。随着着色工艺的成熟和稳定,彩色不锈钢的价格将逐渐与国民经济的发展水平相适应,从而得到迅速的发展。

Abstract:The research home and abroad on the chemical coloring of stainless steel is surveyed.It took foreign countries 45 years to proceed from the phase of laboratory research on to that of industrialized manufacturing,until production lines were finally set up.At present,research on chemical coloring of stainless steel in our country is still undergoing the progress of proceeding from laboratory research to industrialized manufacturing.It's safe to assume that,as the coloring technology matures,the price of colored stainless steels will gradually get in line with the development of our national economy,thereby enabling the chemical coloring technology to advance rapidly in our country.
