摘    要:石墨尾矿砂是石墨生产过程中的副产品,堆积过多不仅占用土地资源而且污染环境.为了解决传统混凝土中细骨料砂的替代问题,探究了不同替代率的石墨尾矿砂混凝土在不同加载速率作用下的断裂性能变化规律.通过不同替代率、不同加载速率下的三点弯曲断裂试验,研究其对尾矿砂混凝土断裂性能的影响,分析其破坏形态、断裂韧度和断裂能.结果表明:随...

Abstract:Graphite tailings sand is a by-product of the graphite production process. Excessive accumulation not only takes up land resources but also pollutes the environment. In order to solve the problem of replacing fine aggregate sand in traditional concrete, This article explores the fracture mechanical properties of graphite tailings concrete with different replacement rates under different loading rates. Through the three-point bending fracture test under different replacement rates and different loading rates, the effect of the fracture performance of the tailing sand concrete is studied, and the failure form, fracture toughness and fracture energy are analyzed. Research indicates: With the increase of the loading rate, the fracture toughness and fracture energy of graphite tailings concrete show an upward trend. The greater the loading rate, the greater the fracture toughness and fracture energy; The incorporation of graphite tailings sand is conducive to improving the fracture performance and ductility of concrete. In the range of the replacement rate of graphite tailings sand from 0% to 30%, the higher the replacement rate, the slower the crack extension speed and the smaller the crack width. The improvement effect of fracture toughness and fracture energy is more remarkable.
