摘    要:为了解决现有径向雷达难以获得完整的高炉实际料面信息的问题,提出了基于离散雷达检测点二维插值的高炉料面重构方法,实现了料面信息的准确检测。首先根据生产要求建立了雷达检测点提取原则,获得了雷达十字形检测点,并将获取的检测点进行特征料线拟合得到4条不同料线方程。然后利用区域平均计算方法和料线方程式获取插值数据点。最后采用二维插值法进行料面重构。实验部分,通过现场提取的某高炉实测数据利用本文计算方法进行了数值仿真。结果表明,该方法能够实现离散数据点在高炉特殊环境下的可视化料面建模,并且提高了十字形雷达数据点2D料线的重构精度。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the existing radial radar is difficult to obtain complete blast furnace material surface information, a blast furnace material surface reconstruction method based on two-dimensional interpolation of discrete radar detection points is proposed to achieve accurate detection of material surface information. First, the principle of extracting radar detection points is established according to the production requirements, and the radar cross-shaped detection points are obtained, and the acquired detection points are fitted to the characteristic material line to obtain four different material line equations. Then ,the area average calculation method and the material line equation are used to obtain Interpolate data points. Finally use two-dimensional interpolation to reconstruct the material surface. In the experimental part, a numerical simulation was carried out using the calculation method of this paper through the measured data of a certain blast furnace extracted on the spot. The simulation show that the method can realize the visual material surface modeling of discrete data points in the special environment of blast furnace, and improve the reconstruction accuracy of the 2D material line of cross-shaped radar data points.
