| 摘 要： | 对直翅目蝗总科异翅负蝗卵子发生各阶段进行组织学观察和描述,根据卵母细胞及其细胞核形态变化、滤泡上皮细胞形态及数量变化以及卵母细胞内卵黄形成与积累程度等形态变化,认为异翅负蝗卵子发生符合3个时期8个阶段的划分标准。

| Abstract: | According to the changes of the shape of oocytes, nucleus, follicles and the synthesis and accumulation of yolk protein, we observed and described every stages of oogenesis of Atractomorpha heteroptera B. --Bienko. Histological results showed that the oogenesis of Atractomorpha heteroptera B. -- Bienko can be basically divided into three periods and eight stages. |
