论土耳其软实力在中东的运用及其影响

自正义与发展党上台执政以来，土耳其软实力日趋增强。文化、“土耳其模式”以及外交政策是土耳其软实力的重要内容。土耳其对中东国家使用软实力及运用软实力参与解决地区热点问题，不但使中东民众改变了对土耳其的态度，而且使“土耳其模式”成为供变革国家参考的发展模式，它还影响地区格局的重塑，有助于土耳其在中东地区逐渐占据主导地位。然而，在发挥影响力的过程中存在着制约因素，能否克服这些困难是土耳其进一步提升软实力，以及成为中东首屈一指的强国并占据地区主导地位的关键。

An Analysis on Turkish Soft Power and its Influences in Mid-East

Since the Justice and Development Party came to power, Turkish soft power has being increasingly improved. Culture, Turkish model, foreign polices are soft power resources of Turkey. Using soft power in the countries of the Mid-East and in regional issues is changing Mid-East people’s attitude toward Turkey, making Turkish model a reference model for changing countries, and is impacting the rebuilding of Mid-East power structure as well, which is helping Turkey become the dominant county in the region gradually. However, there are many negative factors in the process of its exercising soft power. Whether Turkey can overcome these difficulties is crucial for the further enhancement of its soft power and becoming the leading country in the region.
