论农村土地征收中检察职能作用的发挥

农村土地征收中由于征收法律制度的缺失,社会矛盾不断涌现,这成为影响农村社会稳定发展的重要因素,需要检察权去介入,平复、修复失衡的社会关系。为此,以检察职能作用的发挥为视角,从农村土地征收的现实需求出发,研究检察职能作用发挥的范围、内容及方式,以期实现检察职能作用发挥的最大化,化解权力与权利博弈引发的社会矛盾,促进农村社会和谐稳定,具有重要的现实意义。

On the Procuratorial Function in the Rural Land Expropriation

In rural land expropriation, social contradictions emerge continually due to the lack in legal systems, which has become the important factor influencing rural society＇s stability and development and requires procuratorial power to engage, heal, and repair the imbalanced social relationships. From the perspective of the procuratorial function, in regard to the practical needs in rural land expropriation, this paper attempts to research into the scope, content and manner of the procuratorial function, so as to bring into full play the procuratorial function, resolve the social contradictions caused by the game between power and rights, and promote the rural society＇s harmony and stability.
