含磷蠕铁摩擦表面的分形特征与摩擦学性能

摘    要:对不同速度和接触压力条件下含磷蠕墨铸铁干滑动摩擦表面的表面分形维数值进行了测算 ,并研究了这些分形维数值和相应的摩擦学性能数据的关系。结果表明 ,干滑动摩擦表面属分形表面 ,分形维数可以表示摩擦表面的粗糙程度 ,分形维数和摩擦系数、磨损率之间有明显的对应关系 ,且摩擦条件和表面形貌对摩擦学性能的影响呈现出复杂的关系。

Abstract:By fractal analysis, the investigation were made on dry sliding surface morphologies of phosphorous compacted iron. The results show that fractal analysis technology is suitable for describing the characteristics of dry sliding surface, and that the fractal dimension is an appropriate single value parameter for reflecting surface roughness. For phosphorous compacted iron, an internal relation exists between the fractal dimension and tribological properties of the surface, and the effect of different dry sliding condition and fractal dimensions on tribological properties shows a very complicated relationship.
