| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力转移存在交易成本,交易成本在农村劳动力转移中存在七种方式,产权制度结构、信息不对称、组织的缺位、市场化改革的路径依赖是其产生的原因,提出了降低交易成本的相关路径.

| Abstract: | There exist transaction costs in the rural labor force transfer.This paper is to divide the costs into seven kinds,and points out the reasons for these costs are the system structure of property rights,the dissymmetry of information,the vacancy of organization,and the path dependence of marketization reform.The paper also proposes the some concerning ways to decrease the transaction costs. |
