广佛高速公路跨线桥主桥温度应力分析

摘    要:以广佛高速公路跨线桥主桥为研究对象,根据热传导有限单元法原理,使用有限元工程软件,建立预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的三维实体计算模型,计算该桥在日照温度作用下的温度应力,得到了最大温度应力值及最可能开裂的位置,并提出相应的防范措施。

Abstract:It has been theoretically and practically proved that temperature stress is one of the main factors causing successive rigid frame bridges of concrete to crack. Many prestressed bridges have suffered serious damage caused by temperature stress. It is necessary to take the influence of temperature stress into consideration when designing bridge structures. Based on the finite element theory of thermal conduct and the theory of finite element software, three dimensional temperaturecalculating modes of solid are set up for the calculation of successive rigid frame bridges of concrete. The largest value of temperature stress is achieved and the position most likely to crack is located after the calculation of the temperature stress of the Guangfo Highway overbridge and some preventive measures are proposed.
