科氏流量计测量信号采样与实时算法的实现

摘    要:在分析科氏流量计输出信号特性对测量精度影响的基础上,从信号处理的角度,采用傅里叶频谱分析法,对影响测量精度的诸种因素进行分析处理,着重解决了在应用中的关键问题:用软件实现整周期采样,同时,通过采用DFT算法解决了采样与测量的实时性问题

Abstract:The signal processing in Coriolis mass flowmeter is studied. Based on the output signal properties of the flowmeter, the digital processing using the Fourier frequency domain analysis is adopted. The key measurement for improving precision of frequency and phase differences is taken, including raising frequency resolution and using integral periodic signal sampling. The software algorithm for periodic signal sampling is given. The real time sampling is also resolved with the aid of DFT algorithm.
