绥靖油田油井压裂返排液处理技术研究

摘    要:油井压裂作业是油井增产的主要措施。油井压裂时加入各类助剂,以达到较好的增产目的。但油井在压裂过程中产生的压裂返排液已成为当前油田水体污染源之一。返排液对环境保护、集输流程的平衡运行等造成严重影响。为此,深入研究压裂返排液的处理方法,对油气田环境污染控制具有重要意义。本文针对绥靖油田油井重复压裂所生产的返排液,实施了降粘无害处理,可直接将返排液泵入集输流程。

Abstract:The fracturing of oil well is a main measure to improve the oil production. The various types of additives are added to fracturing in order to achieve the purpose of better yield. However, it produces the fracturing liquid in fracturing, which has become one of the current oil field water pollution sources. The fracturing liquid seriously affected the environmental protection and the balance of gathering process. It is important to research the treatment method of the fracturing to control oil field waste. Based on the well repeated fracturing in Sui-Jing oilfield produced by the fracturing liquid, the implementation of sound processing viscosity can pump directly into the back row of gathering process.
