DGS结构特性分析及其改善微波放大器谐波

摘    要:文章对目前应用于微波平面电路设计领域的DGS结构进行了研究,通过电磁场分析软件对各种DGS结构进行分析和优化;最后利用DGS结构在某些频率点上的谐振特性,充分利用其带阻特性抑制谐波分量,设计出一种DGS结构,对某一频段的微波高功率放大器的二次谐波进行了有效的抑制,最终有效地提高了微波功率器件性能。

Abstract:The circuits of dumbbell-shaped DGS and spiral-shaped DGS are analyzed and simulated by using the analysis method of the electromagnetic field.A kind of spiral-shaped DGS is designed by taking advantage of its resonance character at some frequency points and its harmonic component is controlled using its bandgap character.The simulation model and results are described and practical measurements are analyzed.This structure can effectively control secondary harmonic of microwave amplifiers in certain frequency band and efficiently improve performance of microwave power devices.
