摘    要:研究了16Mn钢在硝酸盐溶液中的SCC敏感性。结果表明,提高温度可以显著地增强SCC敏感性;外加电位极化将可促进(阳极极化)或抑阻(阴极极化)其SCC过程。表明16Mn钢对硝酸盐环境具有明显的SCC敏感性,且是受电化学过程控制的.

Abstract:The SCC susceptibility of steel 16Mn in nitrate solution was studied. The results showed that the steel 16Mn is more susceptible to SCC when the temperature increased and the polarization by applied po- tential will accelerate (anodic polarization or retard (cathodic polarization the process of SCC. The steel 16Mn is susceptible to SCC in nitrate environment, which is controlled by electrochemical process.
