| Abstract: | The author regards that superior condition and the economic current situation of development of Xuzhou's economic haven's tallied with each other by way of analysing them. The advantage of " Two Communication - Energy" is not take advantage of. Meanwhile, there are some rcstrctive factors. In accordance with the principle of carrying forward good qulitics and avoiding weakness, the author presents the direction of Xuzhou's development of economy, and makes a lot of demonstration about the way to deal with the situation and proposal. |
