| 摘 要： | 对于群体决策的选优问题，引进了它的选择函数和强稳定性概念，并给出了判别选择函数强稳定性的条件。讨论了选择函数强稳定性与群体决策规则的Gibbard-Satterthwait防操纵性以及非独裁性间的关系。给出了几种典型群体决策规则的选择函数强稳定性的充分必要条件。

| Abstract: | With respect to the problem of searching optimal alternatives in group decision making , the concept of strong-stability of choice function was introduced, and the strong-stability conditions were discussed in the paper. Moreover, the relationship between the strong-stability of choice function and Gibbard-Satterthwait anti-manipulation, and Arrow's non-dictatorship as well, was studied. |
