| 摘 要： | 应用“成长疗法”对63名青年被试进行改善自我概念及心理健康的实验研究。结果表明:“成长疗法”对于被试的自我概念与人际关系的改善具有重要的作用;“成长疗法”在我国的应用,必须结合国情予以必要的改进或修正才能发挥其提高心理健康水平的作用。

| Abstract: | A research on the application of growtherapy is made, to improve 63young subjects' self-concept and mental health. The result suggests that:(1) the growtherapy plays an important role in increasing the subjects' self-concept and interpersonal relationship; (2) the application of growtherapy in China can play a far mole important role in raising the level of mentalhealth, only if some necessary revision for it is made integrating with Chi-na's conditions. |
