| 摘 要： | 在当前我国科学界,科学学派建设明显滞后。一线科研工作者的强烈呼吁,促使我们对制约我国科学学派建设的因素作出理性的分析:原始创新的不足、学术氛围的浮躁、管理体制的僵化、文化心理的局限,分别以不同方式制约着我国科学学派的成长与发展。

| Abstract: | In current science field of our country,the construction of scientific schools apparently has lagged behind.For the appeal of Scientists in the front of scientific research,I have analysed the Elements Restricting the Construction of Scientific Schools of Our Country.I believe that the following factors have being impeded the development of scientific schools of our country in different ways: the deficiency of original innovation,flippancy of academic atmosphere,rigidity of managing system and localization of cultural psychology. |
