| 摘 要： | 回顾了组织与环境关系研究演进的三个阶段,借鉴生态学理论,界定了企业生境的内涵及其因子构成。综合企业是否可反作用于生态因子及因子对企业成长的综合作用方向两个维度,把企业生境划分为九种类型。处于特定生境下的企业不仅需要采取普适型生态对策,还要采取特质型生态对策,以实现持续成长。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews three stages of the research on the relationship between organization and environment.Using ecology,this paper defines connotation of the firm habitat and its compositions.Integrating two dimensions which one is whether firm could react on the ecological factors,and the other is comprehensively directions of ecological factors act on firm growth,this paper classifies the firm habitat into nine kinds.In order to realize SUstainable growth,firm in specific habitat not needs take universal ecological countermeasures,but also needs take specific ecological countermeasures. |
