| 摘 要： | 针对房地产市场价格形成机制的研究是探索房地产泡沫治理策略的基础.从房地产的本质属性研究出发,探讨了房地产供需双方的效用组成,并分析从完全信息条件(完全理性)逐步放松到不完全信息条件(有限理性)条件下房地产价格形成和泡沫发展的过程,进而提出了相应的泡沫治理策略建议.

| Abstract: | Research on the real estate market price formation mechanism is the basis for exploring the real estate bubble governance strategy. In this paper, from the study of nature of real estate properties, the utility composition of the supply and demand of real estate was discussed, the formation of the price of real estate and the development of the price bubble was analyzed from the condition of gradual relaxation of complete information(rational) to the condition of incomplete information(irrational), and suggestions for the control of the bubbles were proposed. |
