离心泵闭式叶轮流场模拟研究

摘    要:为了求解叶轮流场模拟中的相对流体速度,选取二叶叶轮为研究对象,基于NX软件对所选二叶叶轮进行三维建模,从而得到二叶叶轮流场部分的三维模型,并确定二叶叶轮的性能参数。基于Gambit软件对二叶叶轮流体部分进行网格划分,将划分后的流体部分导入到Fluent软件中进行流场模拟,得到流体的绝对速度矢量图,并通过PIV实验得到流体的绝对速度矢量图。基于Matlab软件对流体部分进行编程,将程序以文本的格式代入Tecplot软件中得到流体部分的相对速度。

Abstract:To solve the relative fluid velocity of flow field simulation for impellers, the research object was selected which includes two leaves of impellers. The three-dimensional modeling of the selected two leaves of impeller was conducted based on NX. The three-dimensional models of the field section of the two leaves of impeller can also be got. The performance parameters of the two leaves of impeller were determined. The grid division of the field section of the two leaves of impeller was conducted based on Gambit. The fluid part divided was imported in Fluent, and its flow field simulation was conducted, and the absolute speed vector-graph was acquired. The flow absolute speed vector-graph can be obtained by the PIV experiment. The programming of the fluid part was executed based on Matlab. The programming was imported in Tecplot by adopting text format so that the relative velocity of the field section can be obtained.
