电子时代 ,档案信息服务功能的实现 ,必须以我国“政府上网工程”为背景 ,以国家档案局为中心 ,以各省、自治区档案局 (馆 )为主要信息节点 (网站 ) ,辐射到各市县政府、档案部门和重要的企事业单位 ,建立全国规模的档案信息网络。主要措施有 :做好档案信息的编研和深层开发工作 ,做好标准化工作 ,建立档案信息数据库 ,构建中国档案信息网络和健全档案信息利用的法规体系等。

To realize the service function of archival information in electronic age, a nationwide network of archival information should be set up with the "Government Network Project" as the background, National Bureau of Archives as the center, and the provincial bureaus as the stations, radiating to the city and county governments, archival departments, and major enterprises and institutions. The possible measures are: to do well in the edition and development of archival information, to be dedicated to standardization, to establish archival data base, to set up Chinese Archival Information Network, and to perfect the law system concerning the utilization of archival information.
