浙江省中小学教师素质现状研究

本研究设计了 :“中小学教师素质评价问卷 (学生问卷 )”和“中小学教师素质自评问卷 (教师问卷 )” ,通过对浙江省 8个地区 110 6名中小学生和 413名中小学教师的抽样调查 ,对中小学教师整体素质 (包括 7个方面 )现状作一研究。研究表明 :( 1)中小学教师文化素质比 80年代有了很大提高 ;( 2 )大多数中小学教师的师德状况、工作态度、身体素质反映良好 ;( 3)中小学教师普遍缺乏教育学和心理学理论知识 ;( 4)只有 1/3的中小学教师从事过教科研课题研究 ,这些教师在教科研能力上存在着性别差异 ;( 5 ) 79.18%的中小学教师已经或正在参加以函授、自考等为主要形式的进修 ,并在进修的人数上存在着性别差异

A Study on the Quality of Primary and Middle School Teachers in Zhejiang

The authors of the study design two questionnaires: quality evaluation of primary and middle school teachers(students' questionnaire), self|evaluation of the qualities of primary and middle school teachers(teachers' questionnaire). The study attempts to make an investigation of the present condition of the general qualities of the teachers (including seven aspects) by making a sample study of 1106 students, 413 teachers in eight districts in Zhejiang. The study shows 1.The cultural quality of primary and middle school teachers has improved a great deal better than in the 1980s. 2.The present conditions of the majority of the teachers' professional ethics, working attitude and health are found to be good. 3.Primary and middle school teachers do not have adequate knowledge for educational and psychological theory. 4.Only a third of the teachers are engaged in research projects but their professional research level varies in terms of sex. 5.About 79.18 percent of primary and middle school teachers are taking part in the in|service training, either by taking correspondence courses, or by taking self|education examination, but the number of in|service|training teachers differs in terms of sex.
