| 摘 要： | 以我国37个中心城市为样本，选取了7项反映城市竞争力绩效的综合性指标进行因子分析，得出了影响中心城市竞争力绩效的3个关键因子：辐射力、吸引力和持续增长能力，并计算出样本城市相应的各因子及综合竞争力的得分和排序，通过现实竞争力和潜在竞争力分析，实现了中心城市竞争力的绩效评价．

| Abstract: | According to the factor analysis of the sample data that contain 7 indexes of 37 central cities in China, three factors including radiation factor,magnetism, and sustaining development factor are extracted, and their scores and sequence are given. Central city competitiveness is evaluated by means of analysis of the realistic and latent competitiveness. |
