摘    要:近年来,真菌因其种类繁多、分布广泛,且能够产生大量结构新颖、活性显著的代谢产物而受到广泛关注。本文综述了从真菌中分离得到的含2.2.2]-环二氮辛烷环系统的异戊烯基吲哚生物碱的结构及生物活性,其中包括malbrancheamides类、brevianamides类、chrysogenamides类、marcfortines类、paraherquamides类、asperparalines类、stephacidins类和notoamides类。真菌来源含2.2.2]-环二氮辛烷环结构的异戊烯基吲哚生物碱不仅结构奇特,并且表现出多种重要的生物活性,具有潜在的研究和应用价值。

Abstract:In recent years,fungi have attracted extensive attention because of their species diversity and wide distribution,which can produce a large number of metabolites with novel structure and significant activity.In this paper,the structure and bioactivity of the bicyclo2.2.2] diazaoctane ring system of prenylated indole alkaloids from fungi were reviewed,including malbrancheamides,brevianamides,chrysogenamides,marcfortines,paraherquamides,asperparalines,stephacidins,notoamides.This bicyclo2.2.2] diazaoctane ring system of prenylated indole alkaloids from fungi not only have peculiar structures,but also exhibit a variety of important biological activities,which have potential research and application value.
