| 摘 要： | 网络教育是随着现代信息技术的发展而产生的一种新型教育方式,其特点是教师和学生能够跨越时空进行实时或非实时的交互,这是网络教育与传统教育方式最显著的区别,也是其优势所在。网络课程是实施网络教育的资源核心,必须按照网络教育的特点和规律进行设计。但是目前大量的网络课程只是直接将传统教学中设计好的课程移植到网络上,没有按照课程开发的规律并结合网络教育的特点进行设计,因此开发出来的网络课程没有特色。结合网络课程建设过程中出现的问题,提出网络课程设计从形式向实质转变的一些设想。
