| Abstract: | This paper analysed some advantages and disadvantages of conversion and hyraulic technique for speed-governing and proposed the combination of the two technological methods to perform flow control. This technological combination would simplify the construture of the system and economize its energy consumption so as to make the system automatically operated easily. |
