| Abstract: | The morphology of the ophthalmic cornea in the blenniid fishCoryphoblennius galerita (Teleostei) shows adaptation to the amphibious life. Amphibious vision is provided by a flattened area within the cornea. Eyes of other, non-amphibious blenniids are compared with those ofC. galerita. |
