模糊神经网络控制器参数的混沌优化

摘    要:为了优化模糊神经网络的参数,将混沌变量引入到模糊神经网络参数寻优方式中,根据系统的性能指标,采用混沌变量进行粗搜索寻优模糊神经网络参数,然后在粗寻优基础上引入基于模拟退火策略的混沌细搜索,最后搜索出的模糊神经网络参数是全局最优的.仿真结果表明:该控制方案有效地实现对非线性对象的最优控制,为工业过程非线性复杂系统的控制提供了一种有效的控制方案.

Abstract:For the optimization of parameters of fuzzy neural network, chaos variable is induted into the way of optimization. On the basis of systematic performance index, chaos variable is adopted to carry through coarse optimization of parameters of fuzzy neural network, Then a careful optimization method based on chaotic variable and annealing strategy is introduced, Eventually parameters of fuzzy neural network are global optimum. Simulation results indicate the control scheme can effectively achieve optimal control of nonlinear object. A sort of effective control scheme is offered for the control of nonlinear complex systems in industrial process.
