| 摘 要： | 研究了稳恒电流的二级电场问题，根据这一研究提出了为保持电流的稳定性，导体中电流除产生磁场外，还必须产生径向电场，为计算这一径径向电场，引入了位移电荷的假定，推导出了位移电荷密度的表达公式，求得了与电流平方成正比的电流电场的势。

| Abstract: | It is shown that the radial electric field must be produced for keeping the current steady. To calculate the field, an assumption of displacement charge is introduced. The formula of the density of the displacement charge is derived and the I 2 dependent potential of current is obtained. |
