摘    要:本文针对地面等待中的时隙分配问题,提出了基于市场机制的时隙交易方法,建立了航空公司决策模型.该模型通过航空公司自由交易时隙,不仅可提升时隙交易的灵活性,还能减少各航空公司的延误成本和机场总的延误成本.最后采用国内某机场的运行数据进行仿真和对比,结果表明了其有效性.

Abstract:According to the problem of slot allocation in ground holding policy, a slot trading method is introduced based on market mechanism. A decision-making model of airlines is presented, which can not only increase flexibility and autonomy in slot exchanging, but also can reduce the delay cost of airlines and the overall airport delay cost by slot trading. Some operation data of a particular airport are used for the simulation and comparison to verify the method.
