汽车薄壁杆件的轴向耐撞性分析

摘    要:文章先阐述了非线性有限元法的基本理论,然后用ANSYS/LS_DYNA非线性有限元软件,对典型截面铝和A3钢薄壁杆件受轴向冲击载荷状态下的耐撞性能进行了数值模拟分析.为验证模拟结果的可靠性,进行了轴向碰撞试验.数值模拟和试验数据比较表明,两者之间具有很强的相关性.

Abstract:Based on the fundamental theory of the non linear finite element method, and with the help of the software ANSYS/LS_DYNA, this article presents the numerical simulation of the structural crashworthiness of thin walled aluminum and A3 steel beams with typical cross sections submitted to axial load. A test of the axis crash is carried out for verifying the simulation,which shows that the simulation result has a strong correlation with the test data.
