论政府在区域发展中的营销思维

摘    要:说起营销,许多人认为是只有企业才有必要开展的活动,而对于政府则很少提及。其实,在市场经济条件下,政府作为最重要的公共产品的提供者,也需要为其公共产品营销以满足公众的需求,赢得公众的信赖和支持,实现经济与社会稳定发展;政府作为一个区域的代表,同样需要为自己所代表的区域进行营销,改进所代表区域的形象,以增强竞争优势,吸引投资、旅游等促进和扩大交换,加速本区域发展。

Abstract:Thinking of marketing,people usually think of it as the action which is much more neces- sary to the enterprises than to the government.In fact,in the market-oriented economy,government provid- ing the citizens with public products also has to plan to market them to satisfy the public need,and gain public belief and support,which is helpful to stably developing of economy and society.As a representa- tive of the region,government should also market the region which it represents to improve the regional image and strengthen regional competition,which will attract more investigation and tourism.In result it will enhance exchange and the regional development.
