生物质热解释氢的实验研究

摘    要:以密封的管式炉为反应器,以稻壳粉为原料,通过自动控制系统控制热解反应参数,对生物质热解的3种产物(气体、焦油和木炭)单独收集并进行了分析.结果表明,产气中氢气的百分含量随着热解温度的提高明显增加,热解反应在未完成之前,增加反应时间有利于提高氢的百分含量.发现在水蒸气和生物质比率(S/B)小于0.37时,氢的百分含量随S/B的增大而增加,S/B大于0.37后,氢气的百分含量有缓慢变小的趋势.

Abstract:We explored the behavior of hydrogen released from biomass pyrolysis in the tube furnace,which uses rice husk powder as feed stock.Three products(gas,tar and charcoal) were collected and analysed separately.The result show that H_2 content rises with both the increase of the pyrolysis temperature significantly and the increase of residence time before the finish of the reaction.When sleam to biomass ratio(S/B) is smaller than 0.37,the H_2 content rises with the increasing of the S/B,but the H_2 content decreases slowly when it is larger than 0.37.
