利用模糊集合度量方法评价炼焦配煤中惰性物质的影响

摘    要:炼焦所配之煤中惰性物质的影响来自活性组分与惰性组分之比(R),反射率为0.3%~2.1%(按半阶分)的活性成分(主要是镜质组)的含量(x_3,x_4,…,x_(21));活性组分与惰性组分的最佳配比(b_3,b_4,…,b_(21));活性组分含一定量惰性组分时的强度指数(a_(0.3),a_(0.35),…,a_(2.1)。当R增大时,类组成平衡指数(PCBI)和类强度指数(PSI)均增大,但不改变类组成平衡指数(PCBI)和类强度指数(PSI)的分布曲线形态。如果x_i发生变化,而活性组分与惰性组分之比(R)不发生变化,在计算类组成平衡指数(PCBI)和类强度指数(PSI)时,这4个数值(包括活性组分与惰性组分之比)发生联系。

Abstract:The influence of the inert materials in blended coal for coking comes from the ratio of the active components and inert components(R),the content of the active components(mainly vitrinite) with the reflectivity of 0.3%- 2.1%(according to the half order)(x_3,x_4,…,x_21),the optimal proportion of the active components and inert components(b_3,b_4,…,b_(21))) and the strength index of the active components containing a certain amount of inert components(a_(0.3),a_(0.35),…,a_(2.1)).When R increases,PCBI(para-composition balance index) and PSI(para-strength index) increase,but the distribution curve shapes of PCBI and PSI do not change.If xi changes,R does not change,and in the calculation of PCBI and PSI,the four values(including R) will be linked.
