| 摘 要： | 从研究财务风险预警系统的基本思路出发，建立了财务风险预警指标体系，利用层次分析法对各指标进行分析计算，运用功效系数法确认企业财务风险的水平、预报警度，并结合实例进行具体分析。阐明了较有普遍意义的财务风险预警模式。

| Abstract: | The Paper starts from the study of finance risk pre-warning system fundamental thinking, froms the finance risk pre-warning index system, uses AHP to analyze and calculate each index, uses efficiency coefficient means to affirm the finance risk level, forecast warning level and combines case to analyzes . It expounds a normal mode of finance risk pre-warning. |
