摘    要:通过实验测定了制胶废水的可生化性,比较了三种不同的生物处理法对制胶废水的处理效果.结果表明制胶废水具有较高的可生化性,适于用光合细菌进行生物处理.用自固定化光合细菌处理制胶废水,在厌氧-好氧条件下废水的CODcr去除率比在单独厌氧或好氧条件下要高.在预处理和厌氧-好氧条件下,废水的CODcr总去除率达到97.7%,出水符合国家规定的排放标准.

Abstract:Experiments were performed to determine the biodegradability of rubber wastewater and evaluate the effects of three different biological treatments using self-immobilized photosynthetic bacteria on the CODcr removal rate. The results showed that the rubber wastewater had good biodegradability and was suitable for being treated by photosynthetic bacteria. The CODcr removing capacity under anaerobic-aerobic condition was higher than that under only anaerobic or aerobic condition. Under pre-processing and anaerobic-aerobic conditions, the CODcr gross removal rate was 97.7%, allowing the effluent to meet the National Discharge Standard of China.
