钛对35CrMo钢离子氮化层的影响
摘    要:利用在离子氮化炉阴极上挂海绵钛的方法研究了钛对离子氮化层时影响。结果表明:钛能提高氮化层硬度、增加氮化层深度,并对氮化层的相组成有影响。

Abstract:The effect on ion-nitriding layer of the titarium is studied by means of hanging sponge titanium in the negative pole of the ion-nitriding furnace.The results show that the titanium can increase the hardness and depth of the nitro-layer,and affect the phose composition of the nitro-layer.
