| Abstract: | Motivation mechanism is one of the important ways of management.The purpose of applying motivation mechanism to the management of scientific research in vocational colleges is to motivate and arouse researchers’ activity,initiative and creativity,to bring researchers’ potential into full play,which may make them at their best in researches.And then,they will exert themselves to promote the quality and efficiency of researches in colleges,together with the rapid development of scientific research in colleges. |
