| 摘 要： | 从能量守恒、电荷守恒定律或拉氏函数的规范不变性、变分原理等基本规律出发 ,建立了麦克斯韦方程组 ,加深了对麦克斯韦方程组反映电磁现象普遍规律的认识 ,同时说明了麦克斯韦方程组与其它一些普遍规律的等价性。
