| 摘 要： | 采用蔗糖密度梯度法提取高梁根质膜 ,并以DextranT - 5 0 0和PEG - 335 0G两相法纯化质膜 ,用6 5mmol/LCHAPS增溶膜蛋白 ,然后 ,经Superose 12柱和MonoQ柱进行FPLC纯化 ,最终收集到具有K+转运功能的蛋白质。经SDS -PAGE分析表明 ,它至少含有一条 80kd多肽

| Abstract: | This paper describes partial purification and characterization of a vandate-sensitive K +-ATPase from PM of Sorghum vargular. Purification is based on the following procedure: extraction of membrane with CHAPS, followed by fraction of the extract by successive FPLC-mediated gel permeation and ion-exchanes chromatography. The overall yield was 5%. The partially purfied ATPase appares to contain a polypeptide component of Mr=80kd. |
