| 摘 要： | 提出一种按需的资源管理方法: 一方面向用户提供足够数量的资源(必需性); 另一方面保障资源以最有效的方式服务于用户(必要性)。按需的方法将资源供给方的管理与资源消费方的管理结合起来, 实现了资源分配的“必需性”与“必要性”, 并使用具有自我执行能力的自治环路实现管理的自动化。
