柔性制造仿真系统中机器三维可视化建模

采用面向对象的分析方法，针对制造系统虚拟仿真动态建模的实际需求，通过对三维可视化仿真建模技术的研究。提出了柔性制造系统中机器仿真建模的三个层次。即几何建模，运动建模和仿真建模，并重点描述了机器几何模型中节点的层次结构和运动模型的动画实现方法等关键技术，最后给出了机器仿真模型在离散事件仿真中的基本处理算法。

3D Simulation Modeling of Machine in Flexible Manufacture System

In order to meet the requirements of dynamic modeling in virtual simulation manufacturing system, the 3D simulation modeling technique is studied in terms of the object-oriented analysis method. In this paper a method is presented which divides machine modeling in flexible manufacturing system into three levels, namely Geometric Modeling, Kinematic Modeling and Simulation Modeling. And the hierarchy structure of the 3D geometric modeling of the machine and the animation technique of the kinematic modeling are specially introduced, at last, a based on discrete event arithmetic for the machine simulation modeling is provided.
