| 摘 要： | 广西电力工业经过八十多年的发展已初具规模．但由于历史原因，其管理体制中的条块关系尚不顺畅，对广西电力工业的进一步发展有一定扼制作用。本文试图从政治和经济的角度剖析广西电网管理体制所面临的问题，强调电网管理体制向市场经济和集约化经营运行模式转变的必要性与可行性，以适应现代化工业发展规模经济的内在要求．

| Abstract: | Guangxi electric power industry has developed to certain scale for eighty years, but for some history reasons,there are some deficits in its administration system. which are harmful for the development of Guangxi electric power industry. This paper tries to anayzes the problems facing the administration system of Guangxi electric network,stresses the necessarity and possibility of marchet economic and large scale production. which will adapt to the requirment of modern industry. |
